About

It all started with a beach. Long before late night fibers and holiday weekend preps, before film degrees and student projects, there was a beach and a home video camera. Determined to make the most epic action fantasy movie of all time, my friends and I grabbed our wooden swords and got to work. First order of business? A cool trailer of course! Every movie starts with a trailer! It went about as well as you would expect from three teenage boys with sticks. Terrible angles, too much zoom, windy dialogue, and long fight montages intercut to Green Day. You know…a true masterpiece. But for all its faults, the most important thing was, it was fun! I enjoyed every step of the way and wanted to know more!

Fast forward to present day and now I am a dedicated trailer editor with over 10 years of experience in the post-production industry. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, from Assistant Editor to Asset Manager, which has provided me with a well-rounded perspective on the entire production process. This broad experience has strengthened my skills as a trailer editor, allowing me to approach projects with both a creative vision and a deep technical understanding of the industry.

I have collaborated with major studios like Disney, Sony, Apple, MGM, Amazon, Netflix and more. I specialize in creating dynamic trailers and marketing materials that captivate audiences. With expertise in both AVID and Adobe Premiere, I’m able to craft high-quality cuts for a range of campaigns, including Ghostbusters, Thor, and Hotel Transylvania. My knowledge of market trends and audience demographics helps me tailor each project to resonate with viewers, driving engagement and excitement.

My strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage projects remotely from start to finish are qualities that I’ve developed over the years, allowing me to deliver top-notch content while maintaining positive working relationships with clients. I thrive in fast-paced environments and am comfortable working under tight deadlines, always ensuring that every detail is accounted for. I’m always seeking fresh ways to push creative boundaries and deliver trailers that are both innovative and engaging.

Through all of the years one thing has remained unchanged. When the day is done and the cut is finished I still get that feeling of joy that I got all those years ago with that first trailer on the beach. I truly enjoy editing trailers and am always ready for the next project.

Best,
